For some a demagogue in control
Satisfies a desire for certainty
 
Twitter, Facebook
And other outlets of social media
Are direct dial to
Society’s lowest common denominator
Who are those most susceptible
To a demagogue’s drivel
 
The demagogue is your protection
Against the elites, your enemy
Who have made you a victim
And treat you dreadfully
