Maybe he should play more golf

Maybe an anger-management class

Maybe confine him with Grannie in the loft

Is it possible to curtail

His overseas hops

Maybe hide Air Force One

Tell him its in the shop

Republicans are lying low

Wondering how Trump’s base

Is adjusting to the reality

That maybe they voted in haste

Democrats are ecstatic

Though maybe they should be cautious

They have an unfortunate habit

Of turning victories into losses
