NEW YEAR’S HOPE

 

Too much to hope for
In the New Year
But at the top of the list
Is for the Orange Huckster
To disappear
 
Wouldn’t it be great
At the end of next December
if people were asking
Whatever became of
That wannabe dictator?
 
But that’s gonna depend
On the American electorate
Many members of which
Are apparently attracted to
An intemperate degenerate
