Is that inciting a mob to insurrection
Is just protected speech
Not requiring criminal consideration
 
Under this theory
Inflammatory words don’t matter
They are no more than

What will the next few days
Bring to the nation
Widespread armed mob violence?
Or a measure of reconciliation?

What a President
He’s been impeached twice
A first for a White House resident
 
Naturally most Republicans
Were opposed to the action
But a minority saw
That their party was in traction

Of the American government
And for the nation itself

Is threatening democracy
The members find warmth and comfort
In an autocracy
Too bad they weren’t around

Will he resign, be impeached
Or go the 25th Amendment route?
He lives for the chaos
So resignation is probably out

Hopefully security will be better

Joe Biden’s inauguration
Certainly few will miss

Might pass an impeachment resolution
Could the Senate manage a speedy trial?
