VETO OVERRIDEN

 

The Senate has joined the House
In overriding the Orange Hoax’s veto
Of the National Defense Authorization Act
So no thanks to the Hoax
The military is good to go
 
Thirteen Senators stuck with the Hoax
Some on the left, some on the right
Of course Josh Hawley was among them
His eyes fixed on 2024 real tight
 
Rounding the final turn
Nineteen days to go
And then we’re stuck
With boring ol’ Joe
 
Nineteen days could be
A darn long time
Depending on how much damage to the nation
The Orange Hoax has on his mind
