When the Orange Loser was honcho
Republicans found budget deficits immaterial
Now that the Dems are in charge
Republicans think deficits are really, really evil
 
Some would say that’s hypocritical
But that’s selling Republicans short
They’re not hypocritical
Just evilly, sneakily smart
