There’s still a Russian Empire
Stretching from the Pacific
To the Baltic shore
 
And to restore this empire
To its former glory
He’s willing to mangle,
Maim, kill, and destroy
 
An attractive component
Of that former glory
Was messy democracy and human rights
Contributed little to the story
