The border issue is emerging
As a paramount matter
Thanks to the GOP takeover
By the chaos of the Orange Huckster
 
Responsible Republican Senators
Appeared ready for a bi-partisan examination
Of border security problems
And their long-term ramification
 
But the Huckster intervened
To prevent bi-partisan action
That might reduce
His chance for election
In other words
Huckster comes before
The welfare of the nation
