The dysfunctional polarized Republican Party
Has caved to the Orange Huckster
The next hurdle for the potential autocrat
Is a mishmash of legal matters
Which could be a judicial barrier
 
The nation’s courts
Including the Supreme One
Are working through a maze of issues
But by election day
Probably won’t be done
 
So it appears
Voters will be the last protection
Against the destruction of democracy
By the instigator of an insurrection
