With a belief like that in charge

The rest of us have nightmares

And want to hide in the garage

So we’ve descended

From government by facts and policy

To government by a simpleton

Motivated by fantasy

If believing were all that’s necessary

We could believe him away

And return to enjoying

Life from day to day
