Liberals think too much. Conservatives don’t think enough.
Conservatives want to conquer nature. Liberals want accommodation with nature.
Liberals love all government regulation except regulation they don’t agree with. Conservatives hate all government regulation except regulation they agree with.
Liberals are permissive. Conservatives are, well, not.
Conservatives see absolutes. Liberals see nuance.
Liberals endlessly and agonizingly fret over conflicts among their values, beliefs, positions, and actions. Conservatives embrace hypocrisy.
Liberals consider sex an end in itself. Conservatives are suspicious of something so potentially pleasurable.
Conservatives view taxes as an evil second only to sodomy. Liberals would rather pay taxes than eat.
Liberals wonder why. Conservatives respond because.
Conservatives say the answer is obvious. Liberals can’t agree on the question.

And don't forget the most important difference. While liberals are busy out looking for handouts. Conservatives are out working.
ReplyDeleteIn answer to the hard working conservative who posted a comment, I would like to pass on a story. This liberal was with a woman who married a Republican fund (no,not fun) raiser, so therefore she became what she married. She claims that she was a liberal before she saw the light. The light being her six figure conservative meal ticket. We spent a bit of time together which I felt gave me the right to ask a few personal questions. When asked why she and her husband voted for George Bush, she answered, "well..the real truth is we make a lot of money and we really don't want to share it with a bunch of poor people." Lucky me, I met the my first real-life honest Bush supporter.
